Myc33 Terms and Conditions — Official Platform User Guide

1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the myc33.pro website, the myc33 mobile app, and all digital services provided by myc33 to its users.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the myc33 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the amount of money held in your myc33 account, excluding any bonuses or credits still subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any cash, credits, free tickets, or other benefits granted by myc33 to users through promotions, loyalty programmes, or special offers.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times a bonus or related amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• "KYC" refers to the "Know Your Customer" process — identity verification required before withdrawal of funds is processed.
• "Service" encompasses all games, platform features, payment functions, and customer support available at myc33.

2Eligibility & Registration

Access to the myc33 platform is restricted to individuals who fully meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Is an individual who acting on their own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other party.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services under applicable local laws.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
• Register with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information — including your full name, identity card number, date of birth, email address, and valid phone number.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all of the eligibility requirements above. Any false information provided during registration constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3User Account

Each user is fully responsible for their myc33 account. The following rules apply to account management:

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Only one account only permitted per individual, IP address, device, residential address, or household. Registering multiple accounts to gain advantage from promotions or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited. myc33 uses advanced detection systems to identify such attempts.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure. myc33 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your login information. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our customer support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

Myc33 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or when requested by the compliance team. Required documents may include a national ID or passport, proof of current address, and proof of the payment method used. Verification is typically completed within one hour on business days.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that registered under the same user's name. myc33 does not accept payments from or to third parties. Accepted payment methods include FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

For the protection of all parties, your first withdrawal may require full KYC verification. Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional time for compliance review. myc33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals that raise suspicion of fraud or money laundering until the investigation is complete.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Myc33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for its members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement stated in each promotional offer before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Welcome bonuses are only available to new registration and may only be claimed once per user.
• Wagering with bonus funds may be restricted to certain game categories — please check the terms of each promotion for details.
• Myc33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through means deemed to be promotion abuse, including multiple account registration or arbitrage betting.
• Bonuses have expiry period stated in the terms of each promotion. Unused bonuses that expire within that period will be automatically forfeited.
• In the event of unusually large wins using bonus funds, myc33 reserves the right to set withdrawal limits applicable to the relevant promotion.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the myc33 platform are subject to their own specific rules, which can be found in each game's help section. The following general rules apply to all games:

• The outcome of all games is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) verified by an independent auditing body. Results are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of dissatisfaction alone.
• In the event of technical disruption during an active game, myc33 will endeavour to restore the game to its last recorded state. If restoration is not possible, the relevant bets will be returned to the user's account.
• Myc33 reserves the right to cancel or suspend any game in the event of a serious technical error, software provider failure, or other exceptional circumstances affecting the integrity of the game.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as stated in the respective game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

7User Responsibilities

As a myc33 platform user, you agree to:

• Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any unauthorised commercial or professional purpose.
• Not attempting to access other users' accounts, myc33's internal systems, or engaging in any activity that could compromise platform security.
• Not spreading false or defamatory information, or using offensive language on the platform, including in live game chat rooms.
• Notify myc33 immediately if you become aware of any technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or bugs that provide an unfair advantage — rather than exploiting them.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account, including financial transactions and game outcomes.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the myc33 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, interface designs, graphics, text, software code, databases, and game content — is myc33's exclusive intellectual property or its licensed service providers.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or use any content from the myc33 platform for commercial purposes without written consent from myc33. Limited personal use for reference purposes is permitted, provided it does not infringe copyright or harm myc33's commercial interests.

9Limitation of Liability

Myc33 provides its platform with reasonable best efforts; however, there are limits to the liability we accept:

• Myc33 not liable for losses arising from internet service disruptions, user device failures, or circumstances beyond myc33's control.
• The maximum total liability of myc33 to any user under any circumstances is limited to net deposit amount made by that user in the 12 months prior to the claim being submitted.
• Myc33 makes no guarantee that use of the platform is appropriate or lawful under the laws applicable to the user's location. It is the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws.
• Content on the myc33 platform is for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered financial, investment, or legal advice.

10Account Termination

Myc33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Multiple account registration or promotion abuse.
• False verification during the KYC process.
• Use of automated software or other unauthorized methods to gain an advantage in games.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the myc33 support team. Any valid remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded within 5 business days.

11Data Protection

Myc33 is committed to protecting the personal data of all its users. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is subject to Privacy Policy ours which form part of this agreement.

In brief, myc33 collects data necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, and fraud prevention. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and protected by a multi-layered security system.

12Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise between a user and myc33, the following procedure shall be followed:

1. Contact customer support myc33 first via live chat or email. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.
2. If the issue cannot be resolved at the support level, it will be referred to management team myc33 for further review within 7 business days.
3. Myc33's decision regarding game disputes or interpretation of terms is final and binding, unless a material technical error is proven to have occurred.

Any legal action arising from the use of the myc33 platform shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

13Responsible Gaming

Myc33 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe gaming should remain entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. To that end, myc33 provides the following tools to help users manage their gaming habits:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — set directly by the user through account settings.
• Loss limits — maximum loss limit within a defined period.
• Session time limits — daily session time limit for gameplay.
• Temporary account freeze — ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure for those who feel they need to stop completely.

14Miscellaneous

Other terms applicable to the use of the myc33 platform:

• Severability: If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and myc33.
• Waiver Exclusion: myc33's failure to enforce any right or provision in these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment of Rights: myc33 reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under these terms to any affiliated company or successor without user consent.
• Language: These terms are written in Bahasa Melayu as the official language. In the event of any conflict with a translated version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
